CHENEY CASE BACK IN COURT THURSDAY, JAN. 27
There will be more action Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005, on the long-running case to gain public access to records of Vice President Cheney's 2001 energy policy task force.
The case will be heard again before the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, after being sent back by the US Supreme Court's June 24, 2004, decision. The session will be in the Ceremonial Court Room, 6th Floor, 3rd Street and Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, at 9:30 a.m.
